UPG-2 device has electromagnetic effecton combustion air through splitting molecules, nitrogen moleculesincluded, to atoms (N2→N N,O2→O O) and providing more complete andquick fuel combustion with engagement of nitrogen. This effectresults in improvement of engine capacity, fuel saving, engineparts service life extension due to reduction of detonation andemission toxicity reduction.
Combustion of fuel-air mixture does notinvolve nitrogen, contained therein, which is ballast in air, asfar as the energy released is not enough for splitting of nitrogenmolecules (N2) to atoms and their involvement in combustionprocess.
If nitrogen molecules are split to atoms,they can be involved in fuel-air mixture combustion process. Atthis, nitrogen combustion shall result in water emission (H2O),partially – oxygen (O2), carbon (C), less - CO2, CO, NOX and manyother chemical compounds, which is more effective in energetic andenvironmental senses.
This can be achieved by applyinghigh-voltage current or powerful electro-magnetic field withapplication of accelerator.
UPG-2 device is an electrical signalgenerator having certain amplitude, frequency and form, which,through effecting combustion air, makes oxygen and nitrogenmolecules more chemically active, and provides better combustion ofthe resulting fuel-air leanmixture.
UPG-2 device is used in internalcombustion engines, running on any type of petrol, diesel and gas,resulting in:
improvement of engine capacity for5-15%;
reduction of CO and CHemissions;
transfer to petrol of less octane number(from A-95 to A-92);
significant extension of service life ofengine, accelerators, spark plugs, injectors,lambda-probes;

Besides, an engine with UPG-2 is moreresponsive and tensile: pressing the accelerator will result insoft and immediate response of the engine. This shall give uniformacceleration under any conditions and will make driving pleasantand safe. It will totally compensate capacity loss whenair-conditioning or climate-control is on (which is important forsmall engine cars).
UPG-2 is widely used in cars and trucks,buses, agricultural machinery, railway and water transport ofUkraine, Russia, Belorussia, Moldavia, Georgia, Turkey and theBaltic states.
We should say, that fuel saving can beobtained only if the driver keeps his usual driving style.Experience has proven that improvement of engine capacity, withhelp of UPG-2, results in greater “accelerator pressing” bydrivers, what makes the saving minimal or unnoticeable atall.
Correct fuel consumption measuring can bedone as follows – fill the tank full, drive for 400-600 km, fillthe tank full again (the same filling station is preferred) andcalculate the fuel consumption by dividing the volume of fuelconsumed by kilometers driven.
Equipping the engine with UPG-2 is madewithout any structural changes of engine compartment, at servicestation or by yourself, through connecting two power wires toaccumulator terminals and one informing wire to engineframe.
